Transitioning to Level 2
The transition from Level 1 to Level 2 involves a period of practice and self-healing, during which the practitioner integrates what they have learned and prepares to receive the deeper teachings and symbols of Level 2.
Yes! The attunements at this level further enhance a practitioner’s ability to channel Reiki energy, increasing energy flow and empowering the use of sacred Reiki symbols.
Practitioners learn to use the four main Reiki symbols—the Power Symbol, Harmony Symbol, Distance Symbol, and Grounding Symbol These symbols are tools that help focus energy and intent, particularly for specific conditions and distant healing.
We suggest you prioritise self-care and introspection, just as students do after in-person training and attunement. The energy you receive during your attunement will continue aligning and balancing your chakras beyond the session. We recommend that all students follow a 21-day cleanse to achieve the best results.
Yes! Level 2 prepares practitioners to start a professional practice, offering Reiki sessions to the public if they choose.

What to expect
While Reiki Level 1 is about self-healing and introducing the basics of Reiki, Level 2 expands one’s ability to work with Reiki energy, introducing tools and techniques for distant and emotional healing, thereby broadening a practitioner’s capabilities to help others on various levels.
